The waveform
The wave is universal it is present in many things around you. it is commonly refered to as sound waves but it
is inaccurate to assume that the wave is only present in sound.
the waveform (audio)
Just an interesting tidbit in relation to the ring and waves. first thing is that the very name ring indicates that it's an audio tone. the frequency of which the ring is capable of rpm's indicate that it too will have a sound relating to the rpm's of the ring.
there are several meanings of "ring" in the dictionary.

/'ri[ng]-lIk/ adjective
Mankind in general has overlooked the learning potential of the dictionary. the ring is capable of flight given the right combination of elements. I have witheld the required peramiters and they will never be exposed to the general public. the reason is that I'm introducing this as a self contained power supply to start with than once it is generally accepted, than i will introduce the flight capabilities as well as interstellar travel capabilities.
