The ring core description
The Ring core is the center of the device. It's mass is what is required to effectively use kinetic energy. The ring core is magnetized at various points around it. It's fields are as a bar magnet ring, connecting the N poles to the S pole like this until the ring is complete, connecting the final N and S poles.

The ring core axis is in the center of the ring. It moves in a annular motion around the axis like a spinning top "without" the axis being physically present. This releases the burden of having bearings that cause friction and a degree of loss. The core is supported by a electromagnetic field created by the drive coils effectively centering the core within the ring chamber and driving the core's mass in an annular motion.
