This page is some of my opinions on world and local Issues. some are very serious, some are humorous, some may be thought prevoking. but all are my 1st amendment right. so if your offended i suggest you get over it.

first I'd like to tell you a story about how easily your first amendment rights can be oppressed. a fat kid who is basically a bully and calls people names like retard and freak. one day the kid is called fat and they take offense and goes to the principle and gets the kid that called them fat in trouble. The irony here is that the fat kid is utilizing their first amendment right when they called someone retarded and freak. but failed to notice that others around them have the same right to speak their mind. these are just kids and everyone knows how cruel kids can be. however when the fat kid was questioned about the 1st amendment they was fully aware of our freedom of speech. this was a story about kids however adults aren't much better.

a single father is falsely accused of abuse and has his children removed. it's ok for the service providers to sling all kinds of false accusations at the father verbally and on documentation. However when the father posts facts to his web site he is called to the police station and under duress pulls his sites. However I haven't heard the fat lady sing yet. the irony service providers can falsely call the father an abuser but the father can't call a true pedophile a pedophile? I would think that the father is the only one that could see where and why their children started showing signs of sexual abuse. More irony, The false allegations have no facts to prove them as true and no formal charges are pressed. yet the pedophile can orchestrate a violation of a no contact order because the father called them a pedophile. (based on fact I might add) yet the father gets 180 days in the county jail for not violating the no contact order. because the judge believes the pedophile.

Even more irony, the pedophile keeps reporting violations of the no contact order, but for some reason the police and judge don't believe them now but refuse to think that the original charge was bogus as well. if they do than they do nothing about it. Frankly if i was the judge i'd be pissed that they lied to me and falsely presented evidence and false statements. there is NO honor in allowing liars to have peoples children taken from them. there is even less honor in oppressing someone because they use their 1st amendment right to relay facts via whatever media they choose.

You decide. 2 children are abducted into the system on false accusations of abuse against their father. the children are intelligent and when tested range in the very superior scoring, and still described as being distracted during testing. the children are moved from foster home to foster home and a host of respit care takers. the children show signs of PTSD, ADD, and the so called attachment disorder that got Candice newmaker murdered. the children are clearly disturbed at the separation of the family unit yet still don't show sexualized behaviors till they are exposed to one caretaker, i will refer to as "the pedophile" once the children was exposed to the pedophile they started to masturbate. this was entered as evidence in the form of statements in court. the children was separated one sent to a group home (child warehouse) the other was in foster care and later adopted by the pedophile. on one of the holiday visits from the younger brother. the older brother was trying to get the younger brother to insert his finger in his anus stating that "it feels good" at this point there is a no contact order on the father. the only contact that the children have is with the pedophile's home. the childrens behaviors continue to get worse more sexualized behaviors surface. the childrens academics begin to steady decrease as well as mental stability and the signs of PTSD are more obvious with crying and low self esteem. the younger brother was adopted out but that failed for some reason. now the younger brother is placed with the pedophile and the older brother. I haven't heard anything else about them but i'd bet a finger (and i don't bet unless it's a sure thing) that the younger brother is now showing sign's of sexualized behaviors and decrease of academic skills as the older brother did years ago. although the father was accused of the behaviors that was observed post no contact order. who are they going to blame for the younger brothers apparent change? Irony the court thanked the pedophile for taking in the younger brother. ie feeding his perverse sexual desires. I suppose they will blame the older brother for the new behaviors. but the truth is that had they been abused by their father in this way they would have shown sexualized behaviors from the very start.

The system failed all around. it failed the children miserably #1 they failed to understand what was truly in the best interests of the children. don't get me wrong I understand that there are children that truly need to be removed from their caretakers. i also understand that the system means well and is doing the best they can to bring the abuses to justice. However the system has failed and when it fails it fails miserably. The ones that are effected are the children. the very ones that the system is designed to protect. However the system will never see it's failures till someone stands up to them and tells them. tragically it's the parents that are falsely accused that will endure great hardships and oppression for their children. the system doesn't see the parent as the protector of their children. they see the parent as pissed abusers and nothing they say will be believed. In all reality the parent is trying to protect their children from the true abusers. "The system"

Would the system or any part of it admit that they have lied and falsely submitted false documentation? No Never is a case worker going to go before a judge and say you know those children we abducted 7 years ago. we were wrong and they have been sexually abused by the one we thought was protecting them. It's much easier to say the parent is just pissed because we took his children. Ohh the parent isn't pissed because you took the children, the parent is very concerned for their children. if you was the parent that was falsely accused would you give up on them?? I think not, personally i would fight wild animals bare handed for my childrens freedom and i'd come out victorious! what would you do for your children?? If you truly love your children unconditional you will endure many great hardships just to be able to hold them in your arms again. On the other hand if you didn't love your children enuf to *not* abuse them than it is highly likely that you wouldn't be so persistent as to keep poking at the powers that be in the eye.

You people fail to understand that time will pass and eventually the children will look for me and they will find me and all that i have said over the years will be proven as truth, not by my mouth but from the childrens mouth. I'm just hoping that the statutes of limitations concerning child abuse and sexual abuse will be reformed by then. But still the only victims here are the children, they have been robbed of their youth and innocence, taken from the only one that can offer them love unconditional. I failed as a parent only by not being able to protect my children from pedophiles and an uncareing judicial system that fails to seek true facts. when you people look at the children and see that they have been abused in your system will you do something to compensate them for putting them in danger? probably not all they will get is an "I'm sorry i messed up your life" if that. I've been helping survivors of abuse for 5-6 years and they share one common bond, they will endure the abuse daily for the rest of their lives. maybe not physically but mentally. what you don't consider is that your actions although you mean well have irrepairably messed up at least 2 childrens lives.

I beg you people not for me but for the children, give them safe haven from the pedophile and place them with someone who truly cares about them. i do but it's highly unlikely that you people will even consider me. but at least you will find out that what i've said about the pedophile is true. better yet why don't you ask the children where they want to be. after all you people have not even listened to them or acknowledged that they requested to be returned to their fathers care 7 years ago. Test your system! give them my address. lol you'd have a hell of a time trying to keep them in your state I'd bet within a week they would be knocking on my door telling me that they ran away from you. they have before but they don't know where i am. I wish i wouldn't have moved when all this started the outcome would have been very different.

why don't you people understand just how bad this makes us look? First the trucks powell used as "proof that saddam has weapons of mass destruction" I'm no scientific genius but i'm smart enough to understand that it takes very similar equipment to destroy the chemicals as it took to make them. the us falsely represented the usage of the trucks. Example: most major corporations have spot inspections and most of the time they are known what areas the corporation will be inspecting so the employees will clean and organize whatever areas that are going to be inspected. Iraq was doing the same thing making sure they destroyed the weapons of mass destruction. The trucks were the cleanup crew.

Mr bush why can't you see that?? or is it that you feel you must finish what your daddy started? either way it's making us as bad as saddam taking over kuwait. but we are taking over Iraq. Mr bush please stop this insane campaign it is more likely to cause more hatetrid and terror. I say pull out! let them deal with the revolution that all nations at one time or another have had or will have. the important thing is that saddam is out of power and the people of Iraq can decide his fate.

the mission is supposed to be that the iraqis government be able to defend themselves from terrorism. Excuse me but no nation can defend themselves from terrorism including america. besides how is a nation supposed to defend themselves when their military has been destroyed? sad thing is that we destroyed it now we expect them to defend themselves.
