The Audio


First the audio your going to hear is from one of the last visits that we had.
Second this is my property and if a copyright was determined it would be mine.
Third I'm sure that this is going to cause some contraversy and frankly i don't care. In fact it would be amusing if this entire recording was submitted as evidence. However that's not going to happen for a couple reasons first is that the idiot recording it forgot to time and date stamp the tape. Second is that the recordings content is contrary to what the county atty, DHS, LSS, MSVTS, and even the judges believe to have happened.

The first bit of audio I'm presenting is the beginning of the visit. I walked into the visiting room pressed record and said




TH SR:"this represents the judge tell the judge where you want to live" and I set the micro cassette recorder on the card table.
Tj: "With daddy"
Matt: "I get"
TH SR: "ok That's good enuf"
Tj: "Matt say it."
Matt: "Our dad."
Tj: "Matt say it I want to live with daddy"
TH SR: "No because Matt is just-- Matt's too Young
Matt: "I want to live with daddy."

It appears that Tj is manipulating Matt to say that he wants to live with daddy. Well Matthew isn't that easy to manipulate in fact at this point you couldn't get Matt to say or do anything he didn't want to do. Besides Matt acknowledged that he understood what the micro cassette represented with "I get". also before Tj told Matt to say i want to be with daddy Matt said "Our dad". you have to understand that Matt was only 5ys old.

this second piece of audio is exactly 15 minutes and 38 seconds into the visit. the voice you'll hear is Tj's.


Tj: "I want to be with daddy ok? Listen to me judge I want to be with daddy!"
No one prompted Tj to say this it is of his own accord and nothing was said about what the micro cassette recorder was there for since i initially set the recorder on the card table.

It's pretty obvious that they wanted to live with me and felt safe in my company. However society and the system including the judicial system has clearly erred in deciding their fate.

Your honor I know that nothing i say will be believed but i beg you to give them safe haven. I would think that nothing has changed in their opinion of where they want to live. I beg you to bring at least Tj to your chambers and play the second bit of audio and then ask him where he wants to live. before you people totally destroy these childrens childhoods.(too late) the children have rights, liberties, and the freedom to choose where and whom they want to live with. children have the same 1st ammendment rights that you and I have. Our 1st ammendment rights was violated when you people decided that the verbal exchange wasn't us exercising our 1st ammendment right. than their 1st ammendment rights was furthur trampled by not allowing them to testify.

There are 2 things that i will forever believe in and that is that true justice can be achieved if one puts forth enuf effort to achieve it and that true love will conquer all obstacles. I'm not giving up or shutting up Im in the persuit of happyness. I have been under duress and manipulated by your system, I and these children are supposed to have rights and freedoms which have been totally destroyed by you and the system that is supposed to protect children.
